From there, we venture into the heart of the world’s oldest wine region. We will visit an exclusive family-run estate to learn the artisanal secrets of their production, followed by a tasting of fine wines and local delicacies that capture the essence of the land. Then, you will head to Pinhão, to enjoy a guided visit and free time for lunch in this charming village. If you select the cruise option you’ll board a one-hour boat cruise to admire the terraced vineyards from the serenity of the water. This is the Douro lived slowly, authentically, and memorably. From there, we will travel along the iconic N222 road—voted one of the most beautiful drives in the world— on the way back to Porto.
