On this culinary stroll through Santa Cruz, Alfalfa, Las Setas and El Salvador, you’ll hop from 19th-century taverns to modern kitchens, sampling the flavors that make Andalusia so dangerously addictive. We’re talking legendary jamón, sizzling chorizo cooked literally in flames, beloved pork cheeks and shrimps omelette, and ice cream that might ruin every one you’ll try afterwards. Plus, the locals have opinions. On everything. Including the perfect way to chill your tinto de verano (not sangria!), and they’re ready to show you.
