You won’t be cooking; you’ll be savoring. Each tasting is introduced with its cultural background, showing how Indigenous, Spanish, and Afro-Peruvian influences shaped Lima’s food identity. Guests often say this was “the moment our trip to Peru became personal.” The experience feels like sitting at a local family’s table - relaxed, warm, and full of insights you won’t hear on typical tours.
