You will learn all the secrets to making perfect fresh pasta, from preparing the dough to making the different shapes of pasta. We will learn together to prepare Tiramisu, the most famous desert in the world, following the traditional recipe. At the end of the lesson, we will sit together at the table to enjoy the fruits of our labor, accompanied by a bottle of wine. The recipes are the original ones handed down by my grandmother Velia, who, with patience and love, passed on to me all her cooking secrets over time.
