lab·o·ra·to·ry | ˈla-b(ə-)rə-ˌtȯr-ē — a place for experimentation, discovery, and invention. Most cocktail experiences teach you how to make their drinks. This one is designed for you to create your own. Please contact us directly for booking more than 2 people, as most likely we will have availablity for you. Rather than following recipes, you’ll explore a fully equipped drink laboratory with hundreds of ingredients and specialized tools rarely available outside professional or experimental settings. It’s a space built for curiosity, where you can test bold ideas, unexpected flavor combinations, and techniques you wouldn’t typically try at home. The experience is intentionally unscripted after the introduction, so no two sessions—or drinks—are ever the same. Guidance is always available, but the focus remains on creative freedom, personal expression, and discovery. Also available as a mobile lab for offsite private events for 13-250 attendees.
