Due to 9/11, access to the Petronas Twin Towers skybridge is capacity controlled. Guests who wish to access the skybridge are advised to upgrade their tickets online **at least 5 days before departing Singapore**. IMPORTANT: This ticket upgrade service is ONLY available for Singapore guests who hold confirmed bookings for eligible private day tour.

• In the rare event that the Petronas Twin Towers skybridge is closed (ie: unforeseen dignitary events, urgent maintenance etc), guests will be notified in advance and a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method
