- Average fitness level required - A lot of of walking is involved.
- Wear comfortable clothes, closed shoes, long thick socks, sunblock, hat, sunglasses, warm jacket in winter (dress warm in winter and bring a windbreaker/rain jacket). Bring water (min 1L pp). It is important to stay hydrate, especially in summer when it gets really hot at and on the dunes.
