Inside the historic residence located within the brewery grounds, you will first watch a short video to learn about the history and craftsmanship of Naniwa Sake Brewery. Also you will hear detailed explanations of each step in the sake-making process. ・Naniwa Sake Brewery: Sake Tasting (about 30 minutes) After the tour, enjoy a sake tasting session featuring a variety of brews from Naniwa Sake Brewery, including gold award-winning selections. All participants will receive a traditional wooden sake cup (ichigo masu) as a special gift.
