A journey where you will be traveling off the beaten path for most of the day, and a unique opportunity to grasp Mallorca's true essence and contrasts. In the morning you will be traveling along the Westernmost edge of the Tramuntana, World heritage site. The rural landscapes, the mountains dramatically plunging into the sea, the terraced fields, rustic villages and the views from the medieval Es Verger watchtower won't leave you indifferent. Afterwards you will be heading to Valldemossa, and will have time to explore its narrow streets from Muslim origin, understanding why the village has attracted writers and artists like George Sand and Chopin, Rubén Darío, Azorín.. Then you will be leaving the mountain area and travel to the flatland, where you will enjoy a full Mallorcan lunch before heading to the Bonany Hermitage, a very special place for locals, packed with very interesting stories. A renowned pearl factory will be the last stop before heading back to Palma.
