We will start in our Tasting Room, designed for a professional tasting. You will discover the whole process; from agave planting to mezcal certification. We will guide you through high quality artisan mezcales made with rare and wild agaves. At the end of this experience you will be able to identify what a mezcal is, its quality and its manufacturing process.
