Every session is led by a professional sommelier with years of industry experience, in a private historic loft with a maximum of 10 guests. The format is a shared table, not a guided tour, which means the conversation is shaped by the people in the room. The wines rotate, but they are always sourced from small artisanal producers across Beaujolais, Burgundy, and the Northern Rhône.
