At Quinta Brava, our dedicated team of three professional cocineras and the chefs is passionate about guiding you through an unforgettable culinary journey. This unique experience aims to preserve and share the rich heritage of ancient Oaxacan cuisine. You’ll learn traditional cooking methods and use authentic utensils that our ancestors cherished. Under the guidance of our experts, you’ll prepare a variety of recipes from across Oaxaca on a traditional wood stove known as the "Lorena," crafted from mud and sand. What sets this experience apart is that you will be the main chef, cooking everything by hand.
